Yes, I said it, Cheney was right in 1994 — but it was the last time he was right. It’s clear from this video that the administration knew all along that the war would be a disaster and didn’t care.
UPDATE: A reporter from CBS5 contacted the VP’s office to inquire about the Cheney flip-flop video. A member of the VP’s office reacted by saying:
He was not Vice President at the time, it was after he was Secretary of Defense. I don’t have any comment.
Right. Makes perfect sense.
